Customer flow

Build a personalised hug cushion step by step

The customer follows the camera guide, customises the cushion live, and submits the order. The preview updates as each choice is made, no extra build button needed.

Step 1

Capture the photo

Open the camera to start
Match the diagonal torso, higher elbow bend, and dropped hand with nails visible.

Best way to take the photo

  1. Sit on a chair or sofa and lean slightly into the hug side.
  2. Raise the hug arm so the elbow sits higher, rather than letting the arm fall low.
  3. Drop the hand naturally and turn it so the nails or top of the hand can be seen.
  4. Look gently toward the hug side. A soft smile works well, but natural is better than forced.
This front end only previews the order. Background removal and final image cutout happen in the backend tab after submission.
